At FOCLER, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty on all our suitcases. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Our lifetime warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Defects that occur under normal use and care

What does the lifetime warranty not cover?

Our lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, scuffs, dents, and discoloration)
• Misuse, improper use, or neglect of the product
• Damage caused by third parties, such as airlines or other carriers
• Alterations or repairs performed by third parties not authorized by FOCLER
• Loss or theft of the product

How to claim the warranty

If you experience an issue with your FOCLER suitcase, please follow these steps to claim the warranty:

1. Contact our customer service at info@focler.com.
2. Describe the issue and, if possible, include photos of the damage.
3. Our team will review your warranty claim and provide further instructions on sending your suitcase in for repair or replacement.

Assessment and processing

Once we receive your suitcase, our team will inspect the product to determine the cause of the issue. If the problem is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. If the damage is not covered by the warranty, we will notify you of the potential repair costs.
