1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by FOCLER through the website www.focler.com. By placing an order, you agree to the contents of these terms and conditions.

2. Orders and Agreements

An agreement is established when a customer places an order through the website and it is confirmed by FOCLER. FOCLER reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information before accepting an order.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices listed on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made using the payment methods offered by FOCLER. If a payment is refused or reversed, the order will be canceled.

4. Delivery

FOCLER strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the selected shipping option. However, delays may occur. FOCLER cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from delivery delays.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Buyers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receiving the products without providing a reason. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days after receiving the return shipment.

6. Warranty

FOCLER products come with the statutory warranty. This means that the product meets reasonable expectations for quality and usability. If a product is defective, FOCLER will repair or replace it free of charge, provided the defect occurs within the warranty period and is not due to misuse.

7. Complaints

Complaints can be reported via email to info@focler.com. FOCLER aims to provide a suitable solution within 14 days.

8. Liability

FOCLER is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the products unless there is intent or gross negligence. In the event of force majeure, FOCLER has the right to terminate the agreement without being liable for compensation.

9. Privacy

10. Applicable Law

All agreements and disputes between FOCLER and the customer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
